I’m an entrepreneurial twentysomething, breathing, eating, drinking and working in London. I lead the social media function at Skype as part of the global communications team.
On this site, I write mostly about the convergence of people, institutions and the web – and I give talks on that sort of thing at conferences too.
Prior to my current role at Skype, I worked agency-side in PR, marketing and social media strategy.
I have an MA in Economics from Emmanuel College, Cambridge; prior to that, I attended a specialist music school in Glasgow, where I spent my childhood. I now live in central London.
